A graduate of Haverford College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. In 1999, Dr. Hinsley graduated third in her class from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with distinction. Dr. Hinsley has practiced in both New Haven and Fairfield counties since 1999. She joined Countryside Veterinary Hospital in 2007.
Dr. Hinsley is a resident of Trumbull along with her son Garrett, daughter Penelope, and husband David. She is also the parent/guardian to 3 dogs: a Collie named Payson Tucker, and two Shih Tzus named Rascal & Cookie. She also has a pig named Pickles and a rabbit named Mr. Hopper.
