Being a physician myself, I look for expertise, consistency, good communication and genuine caring. Countryside vets have it all and they are the first Veterinary Hospital that really qualifies as a hospital. Big difference!

My 20 year old kitty Bella had a sudden health issue that needed immediate care. Dr. Marotta knew exactly what to do and gave her his full attention. She is home with meds and a lovely blue cone collar to keep her from irritating her face. She is doing very well and will soon be back to her feisty self! I can't thank him and the staff enough for taking such good care of her.

They are very professional , caring, attentive, kind, friendly, and they always treat us with respect and affection.

Everyone at Countryside Vet is very nice. My poor pup was so anxious and they were all so patient with him. I really felt like they all truly liked my dog and wanted to make him feel better rather than be annoyed that he was being so difficult. I feel confident with their care.

This is the best Veterinarian I’ve ever been to. The entire staff and facility are amazing. I used to live in Shelton and now drive an hour to get there.

Countryside Veterinary Hospital is truly a wonderful clinic! Dr. Marotta is exceptional. He always takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns and provides detailed, thoughtful responses. I never feel rushed during our appointments, and it is clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. Maggie is also a fantastic assistant—she is always friendly, warm, and welcoming. Chrissy is equally wonderful at the front desk and always greets you with a smile. Everyone helps make each visit a positive and comfortable experience. I highly recommend Countryside Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring veterinary team!
