Dr. Jeffrey Santee and the entire team at Countryside have cared for my dogs through some of the hardest and happiest moments. When I lost my soul dog, they showed so much compassion and kindness. Dr. Santee always goes above and beyond, taking the time to answer questions, check in, and make sure both pets and their people feel supported. I especially appreciate the follow-up calls after procedures for newest family additions and it’s always extra stressful when they are so little! It’s clear that everyone at Countryside genuinely cares about the animals they treat. I trust them completely and will always recommend Countryside.

Love Dr Santee, Dr Gramble and other Dr (who’s name escapes me right now) all caring, smart, gentle natured and take their time to answer all our questions. Chrissy at the front desk is a welcome face and helpful. Chelsea is compassionate and quick witted. They are both assets to the practice. Countryside is a wonderful veterinary practiced. We are lucky to have them here for our beloved animals.

My 20 year old kitty Bella had a sudden health issue that needed immediate care. Dr. Marotta knew exactly what to do and gave her his full attention. She is home with meds and a lovely blue cone collar to keep her from irritating her face. She is doing very well and will soon be back to her feisty self! I can't thank him and the staff enough for taking such good care of her.
